Lots For Sale
We are raising development capital to dig the lake by selling lots (pre-construction) on Phase I lake at reduced, pre-construction prices. Only lots along the Phase I lake are currently being reserved for purchase.

We consider the Phase I lots to be the premier lots because the view will look across both lakes and out to the lagoon and the mountains in the background.  The dirt from digging the Phase I lake will be placed along the length of the lake, elevating those lots 11 feet to create a nice view.  Plus you have the option to build your house on stilts which will raise it approximately 10 more feet. 

Lots 2 to 20 will be sold on a first come basis at $45,000 and lots 1 & 21 for $65,000 each as they look right down the lake.

Lots 23 to 31 are one acre lots and will be sold for $50,000 each with no memberships for the waterski lake, but access to all other common areas.

The lots on Phase II will not be elevated over 5 feet above the ground line and they will be approximately 600 feet away from Phase I houses, across both lakes, so those houses should not block the view from Phase I to the lagoon.
